Initial Draft for the Front Cover
This screenshot below displays my first draft of the front cover for my music magazine. I have tried to implement the elements I have placed in my plans. In this first draft, I have used the orange wall from the photo as the background, using the image to spread across the entire page. I placed a channel mixer on the photo to bring out the contrasting red and blue colors that are seen on the 'artists' located in the center of the page. Similarly, this made the orange more vibrant and acidic, this helps contribute to the genre my magazine is trying to fit in with, electronic music.

This feels like a dance/edm magazine with the bright colours and fonts. I would make the font choice for the main artist one that is clearer and easy to read. There are too many different font types which make this hard to read in places. The layout is generally very good. The main image needs changing; reconsider the pose/eye contact and shot type.
